  Derek is no stranger to the HCT stage, having been seen in The Pirate Queen, Oklahoma!, Ghost the Musical, Tarzan and She Love Me, to name a few.  Derek has a Master in Business Administration and Bachelors in Computer Science and is currently the IT Project Manager at CHG Healthcare.  ‘Robin Hood is such an important role for me, from growing up watching the Disney version, Kevin Costner, Men in Tights, or Russel Crow, I’ve always loved the role.  I can’t believe I have such an amazing wife that would allow me to leave her alone with three kids under the age of eight. ‘  ‘Everything I do, I do it for you” babe!”  “Unlike other Robin Hoods, I can speak with an English accent.”
     

Riley Branning
Marion / Martin
  Riley has been seen on many stages in Hairspray! (Country Playhouse), Little Women (Queen Theatre), Beauty and The Beast (Stafford Centre), Annie Get Your Gun (Fort Bend Theatre), Alice in Wonderland (HBU), 9 to 5 the Musical (UVU), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (UVU), Oklahoma! (Hale Centre Theatre), Big Fish (HCTO) and Betty Blue Eyes (HCTO).  Riley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Utah Valley University.  “Thank you to Dave, Rob, Sally and Mark for this incredible opportunity.  This has been an absolute dream come true!”
     

Benjamin J. Henderson

  Ben was last seen on our stage as ‘Steven Kodaly’ in She Loves Me and has also performed for the Shakespeare Theatre Company and Hale Center Theater Orem.  Ben has a B.S. in Theatre Performance from UVU and a M.F.A. in Classical Acting from the ACA at The George Washington University.  Ben teaches for HCT’s Education program, Utah COPA, Alpine School District, Canyons School District and Academy for Classical Acting.  “It can be what it is, or it can be something else.”
     

Daniel Fenton Anderson

Pierre
  Daniel was most recently seen on the HCT stage as ‘Judge Taylor’ in To Kill a Mockingbird & ‘Owen Musser’ in The Foreigner.  Other roles & venues:  Santa Cruz Shakespeare Festival-‘Sung’ Midsummer Night’s Dream, ‘Gravedigger’ Hamlet; Hale Center Theater Orem-‘Norman’ Cash On Delivery!, ‘Fester’ The Addams Family; Grassroots Shakespeare Company-‘Prospero’ The Tempest, ‘Falstaff’ Merry Wives of Windsor.  Daniel owns a small business selling Shakespeare inspired bath bombs.  Look up Bard Bombs Apothecary on Facebook!  www.danielfentonanderson.com
     

Ali Bennett

Ali has worked at various theaters throughout Utah and lists as some of her favorites:  ‘Joyce’ Betty Blue Eyes, ‘Baroness Bomburst’ Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, ‘Little Red’ Into the Woods, ‘Evelyn’ Ragtime, ‘Calliope’ Xanadu and ‘Amy’ Company.  Ali attended the American Musical Dramatic Academy in NYC and is a part-time preschool teacher.  “For my Muffin Man.”

     

Zac Freeman

  Zac was most recently seen on the HCT stage as ‘Simeon/Baker’ in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and in last season’s The Pirate Queen as ‘Richard Bingham’.  Other favorites are Shrek in Cottonwood Heights, West Side Story and Footloose at HCTO and Legally Blonde at the Empress.  Zac hails from the ‘school of hard knocks’, doing children’s theater annually since the age of 8 & would like to be a full-time actor.  Zac is currently employed with 1-800 Contacts.  He’s the Father to 3 handsome boys and one beautiful wife.  “You can always take the sourest lemons life gives, and turn it into something resembling lemonade.”

  Stage production and showcases which Jerry has felt blessed to be a part of:  110 in the Shade, Oklahoma!, Arsenic and Old Lace, South Pacific, Annie Get Your Gun, Chapter Two, Lil Abner, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, 1776, I, Nephi, Savior of the World, Over the River and Through the Woods, Beau Jest, A Tale of Two Cities, A Christmas Carol, Fiddler on the Roof, Patience, The Pirates of Penzance, BYU Young Ambassadors, BYU Sound of Freedom, Wedgewood and Cyrano de Bergerac.  Jerry has a B.A. from BYU in Musical Theater and is currently a Supervisor at General Dynamics Information Technology.  “Most significant role:  Dad.  Most enjoyable role:  Grandpa.  Favorite roll: fresh out of the oven and smothered in butter.”
     

Jacob Theo Squire
Will
  Jacob was most recently seen on the HCT stage in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.  He has also played ‘Don Lockwood’ Singin’ in the Rain at The Playmill Theatre.  Some of Jacob’s roles on the HCT stage:  ‘Tiernan’ The Pirate Queen, ‘Will Bloom’ Big Fish (also at HCTO), ‘Jud Fry’ Oklahoma!, ‘Robertson Ay’ Mary Poppins and ‘Waiter’ She Loves Me.  Other favorite roles are ‘Duke’ Big River at HCTO and ‘Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden’ Next to Normal at UVU.  Jacob is a graduate from UVU with a BA in Theatre Performance.  “So thankful for my parents, family and friends who constantly support me!”

Ben Parkes
Much
  Ben lists as some of his favorite roles:  ‘Nick’ Over the River and Through the Woods, ‘Joel’ Beau Jest, ‘Smee’ Peter and the Starcatcher, all for HCT; ‘Mr. Dussel’ The Diary of Anne Frank, ‘Uncle George’ Cash On Delivery!, for HCTO.  Other favorite roles are ‘John Adams’ 1776 and ‘The Baker’ Into the Woods.  Ben has also performed at The Playmill Theatre, Walt Disney World Resort, has done improv with Comic Frenzy, Comedy Sportz and Laughing Stock.  Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and Speech from BYU-Idaho and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.  Ben lists as his job by stating he creates happiness by working for The Walt Disney Company.  “Special thanks to my Heart, Luana, and to Elliott, Oliver and Atticus, my personal band of Merry Men.  Huzzah!”
     

Christian Patrick Wawro

  Christian is a newcomer to the HCT stage and we’re excited to have him join us.  Christian list as some of his favorites:  ‘Robert Baker’ Wonderful Town (BYU), ‘Commander Harbison’ South Pacific (SCERA Shell) and the BYU Young Ambassadors as a keyboardist and performer.  Christian is a Junior at BYU studying teaching Social Science and is a part-time pianist for the BYU MDT Department.  “I am so excited to perform with my younger sister, Haley, and take full responsibility for teaching her everything she knows.”
     

Yahosh Bonner
Little John
  Yahosh was last seen on the HCT stage as ‘Tom Robinson’ in our To Kill A Mockingbird.  Yahosh has a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado and a Masters in Professional Communication from Southern Utah University.  Yahosh can be seen teaching Student Success and Leadership Courses at American Leadership Academy in Spanish Fork, Utah, and Coaches their Varsity Boys Basketball Team.  Yahosh comes from an accomplished musical heritage and currently is an unsigned recording artist.  You can follow him on his YouTube channel and he encourages all music lovers to subscribe.  “With God all things are possible.”
     

Josh Richardson

  Josh was most recently seen on the HCT stage as ‘Bob Ewell’ To Kill A Mockingbird and in his 10th year in A Christmas Carol playing the role of ‘Bob Cratchit’.   Josh has been seen on the HCT stage ‘Bill Slank/Hawking Clam’ Peter and the Starcatcher, ‘Thernardier’ Les Miserables, ‘Kerchak’ Tarzan, ‘Bill Sykes’ Oliver!, ‘Long John Silver’ Treasure Island, ‘Frank Butler’ Annie Get Your Gun, ‘Stryver’ A Tale of Two Cities, ‘Trevor Graydon’ Thoroughly Modern Millie and many many more.  A few of his favorite roles outside of HCT are ‘Elwood P. Dowd’ Harvey, ‘Shrek’ Shrek the Musical, ‘Adam Pontipee’ Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, ‘Zach’ A Chorus Line and ‘Sky Masterson’ Guys and Dolls.  Josh’s film credits include Joseph Smith:  Prophet of the Restoration and National Lampoon’s Bagboy.  Josh has an AA in Theater Arts from Ricks College (now BYUI) and a BA in Acting & Directing from SUU and is currently the Director of Client Relations for SEO.com.  “I’ve had a wonderful 14 years working in this beautiful building.  I’m thrilled to be a part of one more show in this amazing space!” www.facebook.com/JoshIsAnActor

  Ben is a new face to the HCT stage, but is no stranger to the stage.  Some of his favorites:  ‘Jack’ Into the Woods (Bluffdale Arts Council), ‘Gavroche’ Les Miserables Student Edition (Jordan High School), originated the role of ‘Bud’ Leave It In Writing (Draper Historic Theatre), ‘Son/Town Boy’ Fiddler on the Roof (Murray Arts Council).  Ben’s favorite film role was ‘Young Kyle’ in the BYU Vocal Point music video, I Lived.  This 8th grader loves basketball as well.  “All you need is love…but chocolate is great, too.”

  Alyssa lists as her favorite role ‘Scout Finch’ in HCT’s recent To Kill A Mockingbird.  Other HCT shows:  ‘Marta’ The Sound of Music, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, ‘Little Girl’ Ragtime, ‘Little Fan’ A Christmas Carol (2013), ‘Ghost of Christmas Past’ A Christmas Carol (2016), ‘Little Cosette’ Les Miserables.  Other shows & venues:  ‘Annie’ Annie (Kensington Theatre), ‘Amaryllis’ The Music Man (PTC), ‘Adele’ Jane Eyre (HCTO).

  Kaitlyn was most recently seen on the HCT stage as ‘Liza’ in HCT’s Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.  She has also been seen in HCT’s Big River and The Pirate Queen.  She has performed at HCTO in The Addams Family and for Sundance in Fiddler on the Roof.  Kaitlyn is a graduate from UVU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Theatre, with an emphasis in Performance and is currently working in Customer Support at BambooHR.  “Only when we stop stopping our lives can we begin to start starting them. – Prof. Whitman-‘Community’”

  The Heart of Robin Hood marks the HCT stage debut for Justin.  He lists as some of his favorites:  ‘Betty Bumbrake’ Peter and the Starcatcher (BYUI); ‘Roscoe Dexter’ Singin’ in the Rain, ‘Bob Wallace’ White Christmas & ‘Cogsworth’ Beauty and the Beast (Playmill); ‘Gomez Addams’ The Addams Family & ‘The Cowardly Lion’ The Wizard of Oz (Mystique Theatre).  Justin just graduated with a Theatre Arts degree with an emphasis in performance from BYU-Idaho and is hoping to attend graduate school and eventually teach and direct theatre on a college level.  “Many thanks to Hale Centre Theatre and the cast and crew for this incredible opportunity and a special thanks to my parents for their constant faith in me.  Justin dedicates tonight’s show to you…the audience!”
